What are wood trusses?
Wood trusses are engineered wood frames used to support roofs and floors. Their triangular shape provides strength and stability while evenly supporting the weight of the building.

Types of trusses:
-
Roof trusses (gable, hip, scissor, attic)
-
Floor joists
-
Custom engineered profiles

Benefits of using prefabricated trusses:
-
Faster construction vs stick framing
-
Engineered accuracy & fewer errors
-
Improved strength & load handling
-
Less on-site waste
-
Can be custom-designed to your project
-
Built out of quality materials
-
Quality control checks are done by manufacturer to ensure top quality and reliability

The Process:
1. Initial consultation:
If you’re building a house or a more complex structure, the first step is to email us your construction drawings so we can help with your truss design. For simpler buildings like a garage or shop, if you don't have drawings, you can call or email the details.
To get started, please share:
-
The width and length of your building
-
Your preferred roof pitch, or if a standard pitch works
-
Whether you want roof overhangs
-
If the building will be insulated
-
The exterior material (metal, siding, or shingles)
-
If you require delivery

We’ll use this information to provide the best options for your project!
2.Engineering & layout:
We’ll send your drawings and details to our trusted manufacturing partners, who will create a quote based on your custom-engineered design. All designs are created using software that meets local building codes, so you can be confident your project is built right.

3. Order & supply:
After you approve the quote and designs, we submit your order to the manufacturer, and they schedule your trusses for production.

4. Delivery & support:
You will be contacted once your trusses have finished production. If you need delivery, it can be scheduled at this time. Upon delivery, you will receive the engineered truss drawings along with layout drawings to make installation straightforward and hassle-free.
